TotD VI: Diplo – One By One

You know how it happens: Bandcamp mail from an artist you follow. And right before you know, you’re down in the music junkie rabbit hole.

It was Roosevelt, the Ex-Drummer from Beat! Beat! Beat! who’s now into the groovy Yacht Rock / House / Epic Mixture and his new Track On My Mind, leading me to Hot Chip because he was signed by Joe Goddard and I remembered the awesome video Need You Now (watch it now if you don’t know this!).

With a Mixmag – The Lab Mix I then discovered that Goddard also was part of the UK Dance and Pop act The 2 Bears – and this crazy Track Bear Hug from 10 years ago came to mind.

Now Goddard did stuff with the Chemical Brothers and Diplo, so I checked out what Diplo does these days and I found this gem: Diplo – One By One (feat. Elderbrook & Andhim)
